ww2dbaseTordenskjold, a 3858-ton coast defense battleship, was built in England. Launched in 1897, she served in the Norwegian Navy until captured during the German conquest in April 1940. She was taken over by the German Navy, converted to an antiaircraft ship and renamed Nymphe. Bombed and beached in May 1945, she was scrapped in 1948.

In this NRK story, there is information about the end of this vessel. It ran aground north of Lille-Molla in Lofoten and was beached to save crew and passengers, just after the war. Interestningly, the ship had a german captain, but was under norwegian command. In the image, it seems the ship was retrofitted with a platform and scouting helicopter with the shape of a Flettner 282 just before the war ended. Museum Nord could possibly provide more info on this.
