THIS HAPPENED TO ME: DON'T LAUGH

There I was over the channel out of ammo and low on fuel that red fuel light glowing brighter and brighter. Next thing I saw was a spitfire above me
just hanging there, he made a couple of firing passes at me I saw no tracers or contrails from any ammo and I wasn't taking any hits, and than I realized he's out of ammo too.
He made his last pass real close all I could see was that big grin of his, and all I could do is shake my fist at him....my heart was ready to jump out of my chest.

I thank the editor/ww2db for allowing this type of humor.
