This certificate is issued to Torpedomans Mate Charles Wagner, Jr. of the USS Tinosa and is posted at NavSource Naval History with the permission of the Wagner Family.

My wife's father was a mighty mine dodger his name was Joy Rawlings would like to know which sub he was on. Doesn't say on card ,he was in the engine room. He was later on the Pargo and served on numerous patrols as chief of forward engine room
