I am a former member of VMA-211 "Wake Island Avengers". I would love to hear stories if you have any and share with the guys back in 211.

The plane in the front of this picture is that flown by my cousin Hammerin Hank Elrod, first Marine Aviator in WWII to win the Congressional Medal of Honor.
