“Göth” or “Goeth” are equally acceptable, but “Goth” would be incorrect.
In German, vowels with the two dots over them (called an umlaut) can also be written with that vowel without the umlaut but followed by an e. In some printing, the small e is inserted above the vowel as a direct replacement of the umlaut.
