Is it possible to check for my father? His name was Glenwood Halsey and I believe he was at Atterbury around 1942/1943.

My father, John C. Fiut has a photo album from Camp Atterbury and I believe he was there for WWII training. His serial number is 35517034. He was inducted Oct 15, 1942 at Camp Perry Ohio. and active service Oct 29, 1942. Is there any other information I can give you to learn if my father was at Camp Atterbury and what his position was? He departed for Europe on Dec 5, 1943. On his discharge papers he was in Co K 28th Inf and was injured in France on Aug 25, 1944. But I know he talked of being changed from another organization to the Co K 28th Inf. and this is what I would like to know if possible, as well as anything else you can provide. Also, is there anyone who is collecting photos from Camp Atterbury that I can share what I have. Thank you so much.
