ww2dbaseThe G.12 aircraft were designed by Giuseppe Gabrielli as a civilian aircraft, but most of them served in military roles. They had capacity for 14 soldiers with their weapons and equipment or 24 civilians. Production lasted from 1941 until 1944, but only 30 were built during the three-year span. After the Italian Armistice in 1943, the Germans took control of all operational units and used them as military transports.
